Matt Mangiafico
Senior Finance Associate
Matt is a member of the finance and operations team at Pacific Lake, where he leads the operating company valuation process. He also partners closely with the investment team on portfolio analysis, tracking key financial and operational metrics to support both internal decision-making and reporting to external investors.
Previously, Matt worked as a Senior Associate in the Assurance and Deals practices at PwC. He focused on audits of private equity fund-of-funds and co-investment vehicles, as well as sell-side financial due diligence for middle-market private equity transactions. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Providence College.
