Lydia supports senior members of the Pacific Lake team with a variety of administrative responsibilities, as well as overseeing Value Creation and Long-Term Home events and programming.
Prior to joining, Lydia was the General Manager of Events at Winston Flowers, with eight years of experience managing sales, operations, and logistics to orchestrate over 150 events per year. She holds a B.S. in Hospitality and Event Management.
