Lydia supports senior members of the Pacific Lake team with a variety of administrative responsibilities, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations at the Boston office.
She often takes on special projects, and works closely with teams that focus on talent development and searcher engagement. Prior to joining, Lydia was the General Manager of Events at Winston Flowers, with eight years of experience managing sales, operations, and logistics to orchestrate over 150 luxury weddings and events per year. She holds a B.S. in Hospitality and Event Management.
