Kabir works with entrepreneurs across the full arc of their ETA journey. He spends most of his time leading AI initiatives across Pacific Lake and its portfolio, enabling entrepreneurs to buy well and build for the long term.
He has also worked on the value creation and deal teams, partnering with entrepreneurs on diligence, growth strategy, and the operating decisions that follow an acquisition. His work is grounded in something simple: buying and running a business for the first time is hard. Pacific Lake has backed hundreds of entrepreneurs through it, and Kabir is focused on making that accumulated experience something an entrepreneur can reach for in the moment they need it. Kabir was previously at ExxonMobil, where he developed go-to-market expertise with several years as a Sales Territory Manager and a few years as a Global Strategic Pricing Advisor. Kabir holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
