Prior to Pacific Lake, Charlie was a go-to-market lead at Anduin Transactions and a Portfolio Analyst at Brown Advisory - experiences that shaped his strategic and executional skillset. Having graduated with an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA from Tufts University, Charlie is drawn to the entrepreneurial ethos and people-first nature of Search.
