Austin helps search entrepreneurs with a focus on company diligence and modeling, and also engages with active search operating companies as they consider potential growth equity recapitalizations through Pacific Lake's Long Term Hold fund.
He was previously a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group in their Los Angeles office, where he worked with clients on corporate strategy development, restructuring and turnaround, as well as large scale transformation efforts. Having come from a family business background, Austin enjoys working with entrepreneurs to rigorously analyze market opportunities. Austin is a graduate of the University of Southern California and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
