In March 2024, Tyler Lendzion acquired Katonah Management Services, a growing HOA management and maintenance services company. Located just north of New York City, Katonah is a leading provider of vendor management, financial reporting, and home maintenance services for homeowner’s associations in greater Westchester County, New York.
In March 2024, Tyler Lendzion acquired Katonah Management Services, a growing HOA management and maintenance services company. Located just north of New York City, Katonah is a leading provider of vendor management, financial reporting, and home maintenance services for homeowner’s associations in greater Westchester County, New York.
We first met Tyler in 2019, during his first year at Harvard Business School. Tyler interned with Pacific Lake during his MBA summer, spending time at Utility Cloud, a Pacific Lake-backed search fund company, and directly with the investment team at Pacific Lake. We enjoyed getting to know Tyler throughout his time in school, and backed him at 100% of his search when he graduated in 2021.
Having worked closely with Tyler during his search, we were impressed with his persistence, his bias to action, and his ability to forge strong relationships. We are excited to watch the next chapter of his journey unfold. Keith Gross joined the board from Pacific Lake, and our value creation team is standing by to support him in growing Katonah.
